Dean has extensive experience representing corporate clients in products liability and tort litigation, motor vehicle franchise, premises liability, labor and employment, intellectual property litigation, and environmental disputes. Dean is experienced in all phases of civil litigation, pre-trial and post-trial litigation, and has tried jury cases in state and federal courts. In recent years, Dean has successfully defended multiple, high-profile cases brought by SoCal car dealers against a major U.S. automaker alleging wrongful distribution practices. These cases resulted in a jury verdict for the defense and dismissal of all claims in multiple suits against our client.
