She assists her clients with managing their US immigration programs in order to safeguard ongoing compliance with all US immigration regulations as they pertain to the employment of foreign workers.
Deanna has more than nine years of experience partnering with corporate clients of all sizes and across a variety of industries, including life sciences, financial services, technology, manufacturing, and healthcare. In particular, she oversees H, L, E, TN, and O visas; PERM labor certifications; I-140 immigrant petitions; and adjustment of status processes, as well as requests for evidence, notices of intent to deny/revoke, motions to reopen/reconsider, and PERM audits.
