Dyann understands the needs of talent acquisition, HR, and in-house counsel and provides practical, real-world advice. She is not only responsive, but proactive, taking actions to meet and anticipate the client's needs. She is known for partnering with clients to demystify immigration regulations and to empower them by teaching how to spot important issues and develop in-house subject matter expertise.

Dyann believes in the value of face time and will often meet with clients to provide proactive training on emerging issues in immigration law. She has developed a number of training modules that assist client representative in making sense of the "big ticket” issues involved in US business Immigration.

Dyann enjoys helping set the course for families to achieve their dream of living in the US, not only for the current generation, but for many generations to come. She derives satisfaction from helping people who are contributing to the US in a real and tangible way—through creating jobs, inventing products and processes, and researching cures and treatments for disease.
