Elizabeth helps employers navigate these complexities in a way that provides them with practical and incisive solutions, taking into account their unique IR landscape and commercial objectives.
Elizabeth supports clients with a variety of litigious employment, industrial relations and work health and safety matters in federal and state courts and tribunals. This includes workplace discrimination and general protections claims, industrial disputes across bargaining and enterprise agreement certification, and defending work health safety prosecutions. Elizabeth also advises clients on industrial instrument compliance, enforcing post-employment restraints, and workforce management, including for large multi-nationals.
Elizabeth's prior experience in corporate law helps her focus her workplace advice on solutions that take into account the time pressures and commercial realities facing businesses. Additionally, her prior experience with pro bono legal assistance programs has built upon her sensitivity and empathy for dealing with client matters.
