Eric handles large-scale real estate leasing portfolio work, incorporating technology and process improvement strategies to help his clients meet and exceed their growth goals.

Real estate clients faced with aggressive growth goals look to Eric when they need to increase their number of leased or owned sites, retail locations, and office locations. He helps these clients achieve their growth plans, while maintaining cost predictability and reducing the amount of time it takes to negotiate and complete a real estate deal.
Eric serves as co-chair of Seyfarth’s Leasing practice and focuses on commercial, retail, and office leasing. He represents landlords and tenants in a wide range of leasing transactions including office towers and parks, industrial parks, shopping and lifestyle centers, as well as educational institutions.
As a certified Six Sigma Green Belt, Eric uses project management, process improvement, and technology in all aspects of his legal practice. He works collaboratively with clients to develop a programmatic and innovative approach to their real estate portfolios. Using the firm’s expansive service delivery resources, he has developed systems and processes for client work that decreased deal cycle time and reduced overall legal fees on a per site basis.
Eric works hand-in-hand with Seyfarth's Lean Solutions team to tackle new problems and continuously improve internal processes. Together, they conduct process mapping sessions with clients to enhance efficiency in the negotiation process. He also uses Seyfarth Link—the firm’s online collaboration platform—for better deal transparency and to provide real-time status updates for each deal.
Eric enjoys working with a first-rate national real estate group that can handle any type of real estate transaction. Likewise, he enjoys being aligned with a firm that is committed to legal innovation and thinking outside the box to help clients meet their legal and business needs.
Eric serves as co-chair of Seyfarth’s Leasing practice and focuses on commercial, retail, and office leasing. He represents landlords and tenants in a wide range of leasing transactions including office towers and parks, industrial parks, shopping and lifestyle centers, as well as educational institutions.
As a certified Six Sigma Green Belt, Eric uses project management, process improvement, and technology in all aspects of his legal practice.
