Eric has a broad-based practice in the area of commercial real estate, regularly representing institutional investors in connection with their acquisition, disposition, joint venture, lending, and leasing activities. Eric also represents landlords and tenants in transactions throughout the country.
Eric practices extensively in the area of corporate real estate, representing companies in a range of transactions related to the management of their real estate portfolios, including headquarters and branch office leasing, negotiating property management and brokerage agreements and advising on the acquisitions and dispositions of real estate assets in connection with mergers, sell-offs or other corporate transactions.
