Prior to joining Seyfarth, Ethan served as a law clerk for the Honorable Graham C. Mullen in the US District Court for the Western District of North Carolina. Ethan received his law degree from Duke University School of Law, where he served as editor-in-chief for the Duke Environmental Law and Policy Forum.
