Evan has extensive experience working with lenders and borrowers, purchasers and sellers, and landlords and tenants across diversified asset types: retail, office, industrial, multifamily, hospitality, self-storage, and more. He has closed hundreds of transactions involving complex financing and investment structures, particularly commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) and collateralized loan obligation (CLO) transactions.
