More About Fanny
International and domestic tax laws and issues are constantly evolving, and clients must take advantage of the opportunities they offer. Fanny assists clients with their tax-law concerns throughout all stages of a corporation’s life, including corporate transactions, cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, international implications and compliance post-merger, and any areas of potential dispute.
Fanny’s experience in international and domestic tax gives her extensive insight to the challenges that clients encounter, and allows her to identify the right approach to a wide variety of tax matters. Being native to France and fluent in the language, she is comfortable bridging the gap between European tax law and US tax law.
Fanny started her career as a transfer pricing consultant in a Big Four accounting firm, where she advised clients in all transfer pricing aspects of their international business, including planning, compliance, and controversy. She then shifted to transaction tax issues, where she reviewed financial and tax circumstances of targets and evaluated post-acquisition and integration consequences. This experience gives her a more nuanced and fulsome perspective of tax obligations, compliance, and mitigation strategies so that she can provide solutions that help clients meet their business needs.
Fanny loves solving the challenges that come with continuous change in the tax landscape, and its intersection with policy, business planning, and structuring, to address her clients’ needs.
