Fiona works with her Seyfarth team on real estate development, acquisitions and dispositions, and leasing matters. She regularly helps clients navigate the due diligence process in connection with their transactions. She works with clients to develop legal solutions that address their individual concerns.
During law school, Fiona gained valuable experience as an intern with a clean energy developer and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Center for Water Policy. This provided her with a unique perspective from both the developer side and the realm of regulatory research, allowing her to see the big picture in real estate transactions. Fiona has also had the privilege of teaching environmental law and policy at Boston College, sharing her knowledge of agency rulemaking and sustainable practices. Additionally, Fiona served as the president of Boston College’s Environmental Law Society.
