More About Francesca
With California’s rapidly developing employer obligations, labor and employment claims have become ever so omnipresent. Clients look to Francesca for practical solutions to the legal, strategic, and operational challenges presented by defending a lawsuit.
Francesca’s practice focuses on a variety of employment litigation matters, including workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, failure to accommodate, and wrongful termination claims. She also has experience litigating wage and hour claims in both single-plaintiff and class action and PAGA representative actions.
Francesca’s passion for employment law began in law school, where she participated in Loyola's Pro se Mediation Advocacy Clinic and Worker's Rights Clinic, and the Asian Americans Advancing Justice Center. In the Pro se Mediation Advocacy Clinic, Francesca represented pro se litigants whose employment discrimination cases were being mediated before the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing. While externing for the Worker's Rights Clinic, Francesca worked to empower low-income, limited English-proficient individuals to know and understand their rights and resources so that they were better able to protect their homes, businesses, and communities.
Prior to joining Seyfarth, Francesca worked for a national firm, representing large and small employers alike. Having previous experience defending employment claims lodged against both large and small individual and corporate entities, Francesca is accustomed to considering both legal ramifications and business considerations when assessing—and protecting—her clients' best interests.
Francesca loves working alongside other Seyfarth attorneys, who are as passionate about labor and employment law as she is. She is proud that her colleagues share a common desire for genuinely helping clients and collaborating on innovative strategies in order to find the best resolution.
