Holly has assisted with legal matters involving national and multinational companies across various industries by gaining a clear understanding of her clients’ organisational goals and challenges. Holly’s past legal experience working with interdisciplinary team members provides her with unique insight into the importance of dynamic teamwork. She collaborates with others to assist clients with their legal obstacles—even in high-stakes situations. Her prior experience with pro bono legal work and mentorship programs highlights her ability to empathetically engage with members of the community and her appreciation for utilising different approaches to problem solving.

She has demonstrable experience with advising on cross-jurisdictional projects, covering jurisdictions within and outside of Australia, by being a team player and managing multiple workflows with other local counsel. Holly has provided succinct, visual, and detailed advice regarding compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions to clients so that employers can implement organisational changes based on an informed and bespoke decision-making process. She also assists with advising on employment contracts, disciplinary issues, terminations and redundancies, as well as enterprise bargaining and engaging with regulators and unions.

Holly’s bachelor studies in psychology, including her avid interest in social and organisational psychology, allow her to offer clients a holistic understanding of workplace solutions and operational considerations for healthy working environments. She is able to utilise her analytical approach, and interest in human motivation and reward, in her professional work. Through her secondment experience as in-house counsel, she has gained a first-hand appreciation of the complex legal, HR, and business considerations that clients experience every day. This makes her even more eager to jump in and collaborate with clients to overcome these challenges strategically.
