James also has experience in the workplace privacy space, with an emphasis on the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA).
James’ experience working for both plaintiff- and defense-side firms provides him with a unique perspective on litigation strategies. Additionally, he gained practical knowledge clerking for Chicago Public Schools’ Labor and Employee Discipline unit, where he focused on handling violations of the district’s workplace policies.
