He regularly reviews, negotiates and prepares transactional and financing documents and conducts closings in connection with the acquisition, disposition, financing and construction financing of all types of commercial properties. Jay also regularly reviews, negotiates and prepares retail and office leases for regional landlords, national and regional retail tenants and corporate clients in connection with commercial leasing transactions throughout the United States. He also has significant experience in all facets of commercial lending transactions from inception through closing.
