Jeff focuses on public finance matters and transactions financed with bond proceeds, tax credits, and local incentives. Jeff has served as bond counsel, issuer’s counsel, and disclosure counsel in a variety of debt financing or refinancing matters involving the issuance of general obligation bonds, revenue bonds, and other debt instruments. His practice also includes affordable and mixed-income housing finance and compliance matters. Previously, Jeff worked for the city of Dallas, where he advised on public finance matters and provided counsel to the city’s economic development and housing departments.
Jeff served as a law clerk to the Honorable Jane J. Boyle of the US District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
