More About Jennifer

Commercial disputes are rarely clean cut; usually an experienced eye is required to identify the relevant facts and consequent issues. Clients look to Jennifer for efficient solutions to the legal, strategic and operational challenges presented by corporate disputes.

Jennifer’s experience representing both large international corporations as well as smaller regional companies enables her to address litigation challenges in an effective yet efficient manner. Jennifer keeps an eye not only on a successful outcome, but on the business and financial consequences implicated by strategic decisions.

Jennifer began her litigation practice nearly 20 years ago, at first focusing solely on third party insurance coverage litigation, representing her corporate clients in their pursuit of coverage. Jennifer then shifted her practice to commercial disputes, including fraud, products liability, breach of contract, breach of warranty, breach of fiduciary duty and patent infringement. The diversity of her experience has instilled in Jennifer an understanding of how to identify sound solutions that meet her clients’ legal and business needs.

Jennifer thrives on finding inventive solutions to the challenges that litigation presents.
