John's practice includes the representation of management in complex single- and multiplaintiff employment matters in federal and state court, AAA and FINRA arbitration proceedings, as well as investigations by federal, state, and local government agencies. John also counsels employers on various employment matters. These include employment policies, handbooks, separation agreements, internal investigations, WARN notices, and noncompete agreements.

He uses a proactive approach to discovery to help clients address often voluminous and burdensome requests.
John's trial experience in the Kings County District Attorney's office gives him a unique perspective on litigating cases on behalf of management. Prior to joining Seyfarth, he was a litigation associate at a New York-based international law firm, where he represented corporate clients and foreign governments in a wide variety of commercial and employment disputes.
