His practice includes employment related litigation arising under federal and state statutes, including Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act and the Family Medical Leave Act. He also is experienced in litigating employment related contract and state law tort actions. His experience in the labor relations area includes practice before the National Labor Relations Board in representation and unfair labor practice matters, collective bargaining, strike-related matters and labor arbitration. He also frequently advises clients on a broad range of employment law and employee relations issues.
