He also is experienced in litigating employment related contract and state law tort actions. His experience in the labor relations area includes practice before the National Labor Relations Board in representation and unfair labor practice matters, collective bargaining, strike-related matters and labor arbitration. He also frequently advises clients on a broad range of employment law and employee relations issues.
