Federal contractors are obligated to adhere to ever-changing compliance requirements involving recordkeeping, and can potentially face an Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) audit. Katie assists clients with required affirmative action program analysis, as well as with documents and analysis requested during an OFCCP compliance evaluation, to help keep audit risk down.

Katie has assisted clients in a variety of industries across single-facility and multifacility establishments on a nationwide basis. Her skills include:

  • Development of affirmative action plans using employee information
  • Preparation and knowledge of a wide scope of statistical analyses
  • Designing diversity and inclusion company presentations
  • Assisting attorneys and analytics specialists in compliance evaluation analysis and documentation
  • Providing clients with technical support

Katie leverages the firm's unique suite of technology tools on behalf of clients. She always looks for ways to improve efficiency on client projects in an effort to reduce project costs.

Katie enjoys providing support for some of the best labor and employment attorneys in the country and learning new things from them on a daily basis. She is continually inspired by the incredibly intelligent and creative team members that she works with on the People Analytics team.
