Kathleen E.Dugan

Katy has a broad practice representing investors and owners in the acquisition, disposition, and development of a variety of types of real estate, including multifamily, office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use assets. Her work regularly includes advising clients in connection with joint ventures and partnerships, as well as debt and equity financing. She also has experience representing both landlords and tenants in the leasing of office and retail spaces. In addition to her law firm experience, Katy has held in-house roles, which informs her business-minded approach to all of her work.
