Kathryn represents employers in claims of workplace discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, and provides efficient solutions to the challenges that can arise in litigation. Drawing on her legal skills and experience, she helps clients achieve early resolution, early dismissal, or summary judgment in single-plaintiff employment discrimination cases and agency matters.

Kathryn has represented employers in a wide range of industries, including retail, staffing, transportation, and education. She has counseled clients in anticipation of litigation, and defended clients in lawsuits alleging discrimination on the basis of race, religion, national origin, sex, pregnancy, sexual orientation, and disability, as well as whistleblower retaliation.

Taking a consultative approach to litigation, Kathryn ensures that her clients’ position and strategy address their needs.
