More About Kathy
Kathy helps her clients navigate the legal challenges of leasing or purchasing real property for their growing business needs. She focuses on commercial acquisitions, dispositions, and office and retail lease transactions, as well as various types of transactional work that involve the development and construction of site-specific requirements to enable processing of proprietary systems on a local and national level. Kathy has extensive experience with drafting and negotiating leases, purchase or sale agreements, and easements and other property-related agreements needed to tailor the property’s usefulness to better serve her clients’ needs.
In her practice, Kathy has assisted clients throughout the country on a wide range of legal matters. In particular, she has provided legal guidance on retail leasing for restaurant clients, as well as less traditional business lines taking advantage of the opportunities occurring from the void left by more traditional retailers in national shopping centers and malls.
