The legal and commercial markets in China, particularly in respect of cross-border investments and estate planning for high-net-worth individuals have been developing tremendously and quickly over the past half century. Ken’s understanding of complex trusts and estates laws, combined with his attention to his clients’ personal needs, makes him a dependable advisor and representative.
Ken is known for his “hands-on” approach and commitment to clients in their pursuit of corporate objectives and provides clients with solutions grounded in deep legal knowledge and sensitivity to their personal challenges. He also boasts significant international experience and has acted in various complex PRC and cross-border trusts and estates matters and disputes involving multiple legal systems, time zones, and industries.
In addition to his trusts and estates practice, Ken is also a corporate and commercial specialist. Ken is highly active in advising Chinese outbound investors on their offshore investments across a wide range of sectors, including high-tech, energy and resources, and dairy products companies.
