Kent represents clients in labor and employment law matters, as well as antitrust litigation and investigations, with a focus on the maritime, energy, high-technology, automotive and mobility, and transportation industries. He litigates class action and complex business disputes at trial, on appeals, and in arbitrations involving alleged cartels, monopolies, predatory pricing, and other unfair competition matters.
Throughout his practice, Kent has litigated numerous bench and jury trials, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. His experience includes trying two cases on behalf of claimants of a $10 billion failed life insurer; obtaining a multimillion-dollar judgment on behalf of a banking regulator against executives of a failed trust company; and winning a $45 million jury verdict for compensatory and punitive damages for a well-known sports representation agency.
Since 2016, Kent has been recognized as a leading antitrust litigation lawyer by Best Lawyers in America (Woodward/White Inc.).
