Resolving conflicts of interest and other ethical issues, as well as reviewing and negotiating business and ethical considerations in our clients' terms of engagement are often complex and time-consuming endeavors. The firm's management, practitioners, and administrative staff look to Kim for practical, well-balanced advice and counsel in finding a solution that is workable for both the firm and the client.

Kim's past work experience is the foundation of her unique insight into how to balance the goals of our firm and our clients. She was an in-house subject matter expert on conflicts of interest and other ethical matters. Kim also spent years as a conflicts attorney, and as manager of the conflicts department at a large firm. Understanding the in-house client representatives' perspectives and challenges informs Kim's practical approach to finding a win-win in building productive working relationships.

Kim has led a project to develop and maintain a centralized technology platform for terms of engagement and clients' billing requirements aimed to increase efficiency and transparency for all firm departments.

Kim enjoys working with Seyfarth attorneys who are passionate about serving their clients efficiently and with excellent results. She is proud to be a lead in assisting to get that relationship off on the right track.
