More About Kristie
Employers often find it difficult to navigate the affirmative action and equal employment opportunity requirements of being a federal contractor or subcontractor. Kristie provides clients with strategic and practical approaches to compliance with Executive Order 11246, VEVRAA, Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act, and related statutes and regulations. She collaborates with employers to design and maintain compliant affirmative action programs and defend those programs during compliance evaluations conducted by the US Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs. Additionally, Kristie works closely with employers to conduct proactive pay equity analyses to identify and address any potential inequities.
Kristie’s experience in the affirmative action and equal employment opportunity area began in 2008 as a data analyst assisting employers with the preparation of the data and analyses required to be contained in a federal affirmative action plan. With this background and experience, she has a unique understanding of the data, analytical, and legal aspects of affirmative action compliance.
Kristie partners with clients to utilize the extensive amounts of data available to them to evaluate their hiring, promotion, termination, compensation, and other employment processes. Through the use of our statistical team, she uses client data to identify and rectify potential barriers to equal employment opportunity.
