Manufacturers, distributors and franchisors look to Lisa for an effective and successful defense against claims of breach of contract, price discrimination, wrongful termination of a franchisee, violation of franchise laws, and unfair and deceptive trade practices. Such clients are also looking for assistance in strategically navigating federal and state laws and regulations as they seek to achieve their business objectives.
Lisa has been representing a variety of franchisors for over a decade, including those in the automotive and agriculture and construction equipment industries, providing her with unique insight into the challenges arising from complex commercial and franchise disputes. With cases in federal and state court, as well as alternative dispute resolution proceedings, she has successfully litigated matters regarding the establishment, relocation, and termination of dealerships, incentive programs and warranty reimbursement.
Lisa’s practice also focuses on securities litigation and government investigations. Lisa's clients include banks and broker-dealers, investment advisors, public and private companies, and their officers and directors. She has handled complex financial and securities matters, investigations, and disciplinary proceedings involving the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and the Securities and Exchange Commission.
