Margarita is attentive and adaptable when supporting Seyfarth attorneys on their clients’ intricate employment law issues. Prior to law school, Margarita was a member of the Rutgers University Mock Trial Association, where she developed an understanding of evidentiary rules and the presentation of a case. While in law school, Margarita interned at the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office. Margarita was also a summer associate at Seyfarth prior to becoming a senior fellow.
