Mario counsels and guides employers through the legal matters of the employment relationship–from onboarding and training to performance management and exit strategies. Mario helps clients navigate discrimination and harassment claims, employee leaves, wage and hour disputes, and litigation involving non-compete agreements.

For almost a decade, Mario has counseled colleges, universities, independent schools, nonprofit organizations, and independent businesses on day-to-day employment law matters. Mario has also worked with academic institutions in handling sensitive issues involving students, including claims of misconduct, academic matters, and other behavioral issues.

There is no singular way to resolve workplace issues, so Mario takes the time to understand each client’s specific challenge and thinks strategically to resolve it to their unique level of satisfaction.
