Matt began his practice in insurance defense litigation. He briefly shifted his practice to plaintiffs' work, representing claimants at Social Security hearings throughout the country and then returned to the defense side, primarily practicing in ERISA litigation for the last 10 years. Matt uses his experience as an insurance defense litigator and as a plaintiffs' disability advocate to defend insurance companies in ERISA benefits litigation.
