Mehran has worked closely with clients in various sectors, including banking and finance, energy, and infrastructure. He provides strategic advice on issues such as multijurisdictional advice and reorganisation projects, TUPE, collective redundancy processes, grievance and disciplinary processes, advising on employment contracts and consultancy agreements, and managing settlement projects. He has experience with both public and private sector clients.
Prior to qualifying as a lawyer, Mehran gained over eight years of fee-earning experience in employer-focused employment law, both in-house and in private practice. He has assisted with corporate transactions and multi-jurisdictional advice projects, managed settlement projects, and offered ad hoc advice to corporate entities in the private sector. During his training contract, Mehran spent six months on secondment with the in-house legal team of one of the world’s largest international airports. His diverse experience in both in-house and private practice settings has given him unique insight into the challenges employers face both domestically and globally.
