Melissa’s practice primarily focuses on litigation regarding federal, state, and local workplace safety and health regulations and whistleblower litigation. She represents and defends employers in various workplace safety and health enforcement actions from OSHA inspection through favorable trial outcome or resolution. Melissa also provides counseling to her clients and helps develop strategies and creative solutions to ensure compliance with the various workplace safety laws.
