As a member of the firm's ADA Title III Specialty practice team, Michelle defends and advises public accommodations in matters arising under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, and other state and local laws concerning disability access.
Michelle developed her interest in labor and employment law as an undergraduate, when she interned for an employment law attorney. Since earning her JD from New York University School of Law, she has focused on developing the requisite skills and knowledge to navigate the complex legal landscape of labor and employment law. Having also earned her MBA and interned in-house at one of New York’s largest health care providers, Michelle understands the complexity of running a business. She draws on this background to support attorneys as they advise their clients on legal matters.
