Molly is an experienced employment litigator, representing clients across various industries in cases involving wage and hour claims and claims of discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination. Molly has a wealth of experience in all phases of litigation, from the inception of a case through trial. She thrives in the courtroom and has successfully won two jury trials in cases involving claims of discrimination.
Her experience includes:
- Representing employers in the defense of complex wage and hour claims, including claims arising under both state law and the federal Fair Labor Standards Act. For example, Molly has defended clients against allegations of exempt employee misclassification, off-the-clock work, donning and doffing, and missed meal breaks in all phases of litigation, including class and collective action certification and summary judgment.
- Defending employers in matters involving discrimination claims under both state and federal law, wrongful termination, harassment, and retaliation.
- Advising clients on the terms of their incentive compensation plans, including sales commission plans.
- Conducting sensitive workplace investigations for clients, including investigations involving high-level executives accused of misconduct.
