More About Myra
Myra is a member of Seyfarth’s ADA Title III specialty team. She defends clients in single plaintiff and class action lawsuits arising under Title III of the ADA and related state disability access laws. She has obtained summary judgment and trial wins in highly contentious disability access lawsuits. Myra advises clients throughout the United States on ADA requirements involving architectural barriers, service animals, websites, and mobile apps, and provides assistance with creating compliance policies and training programs.
Myra also defends management against employment lawsuits, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims. Myra represents employers before federal and California state courts, as well as federal and California administrative agencies, including the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, and the California Labor Commissioner. She has also obtained complete defense victories in state and federal bench and jury trials.
Myra served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Arthur L. Alarcón, United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
