Navid handles a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions and financing transactions for real estate funds, financial institutions, and other institutional clients.
Navid also has experience handling a wide range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and equity financings, as well as advising clients on general corporate matters.
Navid earned his JD from Northwestern University School of Law in 2011. During law school, Navid advocated for the rights of investors as a student advocate at the Bluhm Legal Clinic's Investor Protection Center. Navid earned his BS in Business Administration in 2006 from the University of California, Berkeley Haas School of Business.
