Neeka has a multifaceted practice that centers on providing legal guidance that addresses her clients’ evolving needs and the unique challenges associated with their businesses. She advises clients with businesses of all sizes on commercial transactions, entity formation, corporate governance for nonprofit and for-profit entities, data protection and information security compliance, and mergers and acquisitions. Neeka has experience representing clients with real estate purchases and sales, development, private placements, and debt financing.
In addition to her transactional experience, Neeka works with companies across industries to respond to changes in consumer privacy laws. She helps companies design, implement, and update their data protection and information security compliance programs and has developed data licensing agreements, nondisclosure agreements, and similar information security and confidentiality instruments. Her support and guidance ranges from emerging companies tackling compliance matters for the first time to multinationals companies of all sizes on globalizing and/or localizing their existing policies, processes, and programs to work with applicable legislation.
