Pam's many years of litigation experience provides her with insight to guide clients through litigation and litigation avoidance strategies. She began her litigation practice more than a decade ago, and has significant jury trial and arbitration experience. This includes second-chairing a four-week jury trial in San Mateo County (complete defense verdict), a six-week jury trial in Alameda County (nearly complete defense verdict), and numerous employment arbitrations. Pam has successfully opposed numerous class certification attempts, and has successfully brought motions for summary judgment or otherwise successfully resolved cases.

Pam uses technology to provide efficient services to her clients. For example, she uses innovative tools to efficiently share information with clients, and enables clients to track the progress of projects in real time.
