Patricia’s practice includes the development and implementation of client specific estate plans, utilizing living trusts, wills, disclaimers, powers of appointment, irrevocable insurance trusts, qualified personal residence trusts, charitable remainder trusts, and other estate planning devices for wealth and business succession planning. Her practice also includes working with individuals and corporate fiduciaries on trust administration, the preparation of premarital and postmarital agreements, and the formation, qualification, and administration of nonprofit organizations.
Patricia also assists personal representatives, trustees, beneficiaries, conservators, guardians, and concerned family members in probate, trust, conservatorship, elder abuse, and guardianship proceedings, including appointment and removal of fiduciaries, administration of estates, will and trust contests, negotiation and settlement of property disputes, establishment of personal injury minor's trusts, and protection of the elderly from undue influence and elder abuse.
Patricia is certified as a legal specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law by the Board of Legal Specialization of the State Bar of California.
