Peter has drafted answers to complaints, cross-complaints, mediation briefs, trial briefs, and settlement agreements, and handles all aspects of discovery, including propounding and answering to written discovery, taking and defending party, third-party, and expert depositions, and analyzing documents for relevance, responsiveness, and privilege prior to production. Peter is skilled in conducting employee investigations, analyzing legal issues, and preparing legal memoranda on clients’ liability and exposure. He has also drafted and argued motions in limine, jury instructions, and verdict forms in preparation for trial.
