Rebecca has spent almost a decade and a half in litigation consulting, preparing complex statistical analyses using labor and employment data and conducting economic research. Clients turn to Rebecca to get a better understanding of how to address workforce challenges and improve their employment practices through the use of data.
Rebecca has experience analyzing a wide variety of employment decisions including hiring, terminations, promotions, and compensation from both a proactive and defense-related perspective. She also prepares exposure analyses for wage and hour cases to assist clients in resolving compensation disputes. Rebecca also has years of experience developing affirmative action plans for federal contractors and addressing related issues that may impact audits.
Before joining Seyfarth, Rebecca spent 12 years at a well-respected economic consulting firm where she provided statistical support for clients in litigation and consulting cases. Her work included sophisticated economic and statistical analysis in support of expert testimony and reports for litigation matters, as well as replicating and critiquing plaintiff's experts' analyses.
