More About Rosemary
Rosemary concentrates her practice on employment counseling, with a focus on federal and state leave and disability law compliance and human resource policy planning and review. Rosemary also supports several of the firm’s pro bono clients and initiatives.
Prior to joining Seyfarth, Rosemary served as in-house employment and litigation counsel for a global technology company, a telecommunications company, and an energy company, where she managed employment litigation, government agency proceedings, and internal investigations; guided e-discovery and diversity compliance initiatives; and provided comprehensive employment advice and counseling.
Before moving her practice in-house, Rosemary was managing partner in the Atlanta office of a national labor and employment law firm, where she represented a broad spectrum of employers—including manufacturing, transportation, pharmaceutical, financial services, insurance, and IT companies, as well as health care industry clients and private utility districts. She also co-chaired the Affirmative Action practice group and served as a member of the firm's executive committee.
Rosemary is a trained neutral/mediator, and is certified to serve as civil mediator in court-annexed mediations in Georgia. She enjoys reading and traveling, and is involved in supporting the work of several local charitable organizations, including Family Promise of Forsyth, United Way Day of Caring, and the Sawnee Women’s Club.
