Ryan’s practice spans construction, commercial litigation, and government contracts. From contract review and research to contract administration to complex litigation of claims and disputes, he counsels contractors and subcontractors in the construction industry on a wide variety of legal issues.
Ryan’s experience representing clients in the construction industry includes complex multiparty litigation concerning heavy civil infrastructure projects, including highway, bridge, tunnel, and dam projects, commercial and residential building construction, and government contracts. Ryan has represented clients at the state trial, appellate, and supreme court levels, as well as in federal court, mediation, and arbitration.
Ryan has successfully represented government contractors in construction and service industries in bid protests at the Government Accountability Office and the US Court of Federal Claims, as well as in claims at the Court of Federal Claims and the Armed Services and Civilian Boards of Contract Appeals.
