More About Sadie
For clients and their case teams, having an arsenal of litigation support tools and a support team behind those tools is a necessity. Whether the platform is used to review data or manage transcripts or cases, obtaining the skills and knowledge on how to utilize the tools is paramount. Sadie works with case teams, clients, and third parties to provide training and workflows that are imperative for successful reviews.
Prior to joining Seyfarth, Sadie worked in conflict resolution with constituents in government offices. She also spent several years working on case teams in the Labor and Employment department at Seyfarth before joining the firm's Litigation Information Management Office (LIMO). Thanks to this background, Sadie is able to consult effectively with case teams of different personalities and cultures, and can implement creative workflows that allow efficiency and accuracy from the fruition of a case and discovery, all the way to case resolution. Sadie's insight also provides understanding that the use of technology in data review is crucial, and aids in lessening the frustrations of the technology learning curve that case teams and client may face.
Sadie's involvement with consultation in various work environments fuels her passion for customizing learning tools, and providing a case management plan that will get the job done.
Sadie's personable approach to consultation allows her to create workflows and learning materials for individual attorneys, paralegals, case assistants, and secretaries, as well as the case team as a whole, optimizing team confidence levels, while performing data reviews and using litigation support programs. Sadie has created several learning tools, such as quick reference guides, best practices guides, paralegal-specific learnings labs, and Continuing Learning Education (CLE) courses to ensure transparency and fluidity of LIMO resources throughout the firm.
Sadie's enthusiasm about being part of Seyfarth, and more specifically LIMO, cannot be overstated. She's grateful for a work environment and culture that encourages creative growth and development to further aid in client needs. Sadie is honored to be part of Seyfarth's endeavor to provide first-class services that are customized to specific needs.
