Sage began his legal career as an extern for a Superior Court independent calendar judge, where he was exposed to a variety of wage and hour, discrimination, and retaliation disputes. Thereafter, Sage gained experience as a law clerk for the Professional Standards Division of one of the largest fire departments in the US.
