Samin first started her practice in consumer litigation over 5 years ago, when she focused on consumer litigation before shifting to finance and consumer reporting. She has witnessed different facets of consumer litigation and understands the challenges that credit bureaus may face and how to find practical solutions to support her clients’ needs.

Samin uses her diverse and international background to find efficient ways to communicate with her opponents to find ways for her clients to avoid litigation and resolve disputes in a timely manner.

Samin enjoys the challenges that come with litigation, and counselling her clients in anticipation of litigation.
