- Represented industry trade association challenging the constitutionality of amendments to state legislation regulating auto manufacturers in Florida and Connecticut.
- Represented secured term-lenders and unsecured creditors’ committees in several major bankruptcy proceedings in Delaware and New York arising from the Great Recession.
