Sarah’s practice is focused on employee benefits issues related to health and retirement plan administration and compliance. Before starting at Seyfarth, she gained experience as a legal intern at the Department of Labor’s Employee Benefits Security Administration’s Chicago regional office with advisory, transactional, and litigation matters.
Sarah’s experience with the Department of Labor has provided her with unique insight into the challenges that employers who provide health, welfare, and retirement plans will encounter.
Sarah uses her experience as a collegiate athlete to thrive in a team-oriented professional atmosphere. She enjoys working in teams and collaborating with others to find the best possible solution for client issues.
