Scott assists attorneys as they protect their clients in complex commercial disputes regarding contract, business tort, and trade secrets. He focuses on dispute resolution, helping attorneys achieve victory for their clients in and out of the courtroom.
In law school, Scott honed his oral advocacy skills in moot court, winning UCLA’s spring 2023 internal competition and finishing as a finalist in the 2023 Roscoe Pound Tournament of Champions. Scott also gained valuable written advocacy skills by assisting in the drafting of an amicus curiae brief filed in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and teaching legal writing to first-year law students.
