Sean helps clients with their various acquisition and leasing needs involving a diverse group of asset classes, including retail, office, build-to-suit, and industrial. In his practice, he represents a nationally renowned fast food restaurant chain, among other clients.
Sean’s core competencies include drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents; conducting due diligence and title searches; and collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and other professionals to facilitate transactions and resolve issues. He leverages his analytical, research, and writing skills to deliver high-quality work and ensure client satisfaction.
Sean’s passion for real estate law stems from his education and experience. As a Dean’s Fellow and Writing Fellow in law school, Sean honed his leadership and teaching skills by mentoring and instructing first-year law students on legal research and writing and career development.
